While Harvest Meadow Estates is an independent senior living facility, we understanding health changes may occur.  Our experienced team is able to assist your loved one with a transition to a new facility or with the connection of a senior placement service to help them find the perfect assisted living facility.

At Harvest Meadow Estates, residents will be required to perform their activities of daily living (ADL) independently and disburse their own medications without the help of the team.  If however, there is assistance needed, our team is able to help in moderation.  We have built relationships with third party resources to assist with any transitional period of activities of daily living and medication management.

Prior to moving in to Harvest Meadow Estates, our team has collected all pertinent information regarding your loved ones health choices.  Should they have an emergency, they will be directed to their preferred doctors and hospitals.
